Hope & Glory is delighted to be assisting our client with the appointment of a capable and hands-on Marketing Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong digital marketing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Their team is passionate, sharp, and united by a sense of purpose - they're seeking a similarly aligned marketer who can help bring their campaigns and communications to life.

The opportunity

Working within the Strategy and Transformation team, and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this role is responsible for executing marketing activities across digital channels.

Key areas of focus:

Deliver marketing campaigns via email, social, and web
Create and publish digital content including eDMs and social posts
Support paid and organic campaigns, and report on performance
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to meet deadlines
Maintain brand standards and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

This is a full-time position with flexibility - the team operates remotely, with occasional travel to attend key meetings or events if required.

About you

You're an experienced marketing operator with a clear understanding of campaign execution and a strong digital toolkit.

Your toolkit includes:

Strong skills in email, social media, and content management
Confidence with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics
Sound writing and copyediting ability
Familiarity with CMS and email marketing platforms
Good judgement, time management, and communication skills.

Experience in a significant peak body or member organisation will be well regarded.

You are commercially focused and bring a positive, high-energy approach to your work. You can work independently while contributing to a fast-moving, purpose-driven team.
