About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will help deliver marketing plans that align with our business strategy, ensuring Egis is positioned as a leader in the market. You will play a key role in developing content to enhance brand recognition and build a positive image for Egis across Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and execute marketing plans aligned with business strategy and brand objectives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including capability statements, project profiles, case studies, and presentations.
  • Ensure messaging, marketing activities, and materials align with company vision, mission, values, and brand strategy.
  • Research, write, and edit content for external communications, including LinkedIn posts, advertisements, briefing notes, and industry publications.
  • Manage sponsorships and events.
  • Conduct sector, client, and general market research to support business development and market intelligence.
What do we need from you
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing within a professional services, consulting, or engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to work with senior business leaders, providing strategic advice and marketing support.
  • Excellent writing and content development skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to champion the Egis brand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of marketing concepts, including advertising, unique selling propositions, and marketing analytics.
