- 259333- Seeking a M365/Windows OS SME to join our client who is a multi-campus university in the Greater Western region of Sydney.
- The Windows SME will work across technology projects and will also play a role in helping mature some of our Cloud based platform approaches and tools. The work may include some or all these areas:
- Experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts and utilisation of Sharegate.
- Understand Group policies and OneDrive migration tools such as KFM and OneDrive Folder redirection.
- Knowledge of SCCM and Intune- Demonstrated experience in the day-to-day management of Windows systems, ensuring stability, security and performance.
- Demonstrated experience delivering desktop and mobile device upgrades (Plan, Execute) with a keen eye for current and emerging industry trends and technology advancements highlighting opportunities to recommend/implement.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of Group Policy.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for desktop and mobile device configurations, procedures.
- Demonstrated skills and experience with automated testing tools and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work to firm deadlines and with multiple work activities/streams to achieve a predefined outcome.
- Practical knowledge of IT service management best practice (ITIL V3 to at least Foundation level preferred).
