Job Title: ControlM Administrator/SME

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have skills:

  • Good hands-on experience in BMC Control-M Upgrade/Migration planning, testing, and implementation. To provide Level-3 functional upgrade software (Control-M) for to V9.0.21
  • Experience in understanding and knowledge of the windows operating system
  • Knowledge of Database as SQL Server, HA, and DR capabilities

Good-to-Have skills:

  • 7+ years of good hands-on experience in Control-M EM/Server, MFT/MAFT, and Control-M modules upgrade, migration planning, testing, configuring HA, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of installation, configuration, and administration skills.
  • Experience in understanding and knowledge of various operating systems such as Windows, Unix, and mainframe
  • Good experience in Control-M Server, Enterprise manager, and agents.
  • Knowledge of LDAP integration and EM security integration.
  • Sound knowledge of control-M architecture, building HA and DR capability
  • Experience in scheduling jobs in the current plan, and calendars, creating run-cycles, and adding time & and resource dependencies.
  • Develop, Implement, and document operational processes & and procedures.
  • Work closely with application teams to provide administrative solutions following company recommended Best Practices.
  • Highlight areas for improvement in current processes and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of databases such as SQL server, PostgreSQL and Oracle related to Control-M.
  • BMC admin Certification of Control-M is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Control-M utilities and job procedures.
