Job Opportunity: Electrical Maintenance Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Planning Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing electrical maintenance plans and coordinating projects to drive preventive maintenance and improvements within our plant.

Your primary focus will be on day-to-day management of the electrical maintenance team, including shift trades, planning for maintenance tasks, creating SAP revisions, and assisting with breakdowns or emergent work as required.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all purchasing documentation is processed in a timely manner, participating in factory safety and quality audit programs, conducting regular training needs analysis, and building and promoting a positive and efficient team environment through recognition.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have post-trade electrical qualifications, preferably with tertiary qualifications in an electrical engineering discipline. You will also require extensive CMMS maintenance experience, preferably with SAP maintenance, and a high level of attention to detail.

You must be able to work to strict deadlines, as a self-directed individual, and be able to develop a high-performing maintenance team.
