Healthcare Transformation Leader
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive transformation in the healthcare sector.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and agile organization, leveraging your expertise in digital health and technology to deliver impactful solutions.
Lead and support the development of digital strategies for healthcare providers and services.
Define and implement future-state operating models to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Conduct options analysis, business case development, and funding submissions for healthcare departments and providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile).
Experience in leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
