We are seeking candidates at senior consultant level with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in healthcare with the following capabilities:

  • Transformation/operations
  • Strategy and policy
  • Digital health / digital transformation
  • Data & analytics

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the healthcare sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Taking on responsibilities ranging from preparing high-impact presentations and reports to conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis for our clients and stakeholders.
  • Working on client site to execute project and change management initiatives. You'll lead workshops, deliver training sessions, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
  • Playing an active role in business development activities, crafting compelling proposals and thought leadership pieces, and contributing to case studies that highlight our industry expertise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
  • Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
  • An ability to produce concise and impactful presentations and reports.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements are required due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) favoured but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.
