Your day-to-day
In this varied role, you will contribute to growing Anglicare's fundraising by strengthening supporter relationships, fostering donor engagement, and facilitating meaningful partnerships that address poverty and drive lasting community change.
Responsibilities
Support strategic fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
Coordinate donor journeys, acknowledgments, and impact communications.
Develop and manage community partnerships and fundraising activities.
Act as CRM superuser, leading data segmentation, reporting, and system improvements.
Oversee donation processing, supporter inbox, and campaign logistics.
Ensure compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of fundraising operations.
What you'll bring
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with equivalent experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, or fundraising operations.
Exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM systems.
A collaborative and positive mindset, with a genuine commitment to supporting our mission.
