Our team is made up of around 35 passionate designers across three cities.

We love learning and sharing - we have weekly critiques and regular jam sessions.

We're supported by specialist visual designers, design researchers, and service designers.

We don't throw our designs over the wall. We know that everyone here helps make the user experience, but the design team is trusted to make the call.

We have a well-supported design system.

Our designers have the right level of autonomy and ownership in what they craft, and how they work with their teams to deliver it

**A bit about the space**

You'll be helping to deliver outstanding Financial Services workflows to our SME and Enterprise customers.

The team is looking for a Product Designer to explore changing customer behaviour and its impact on financial offerings. This role requires excellent UX, strategy and service design skills. The ability to balance multiple stakeholders and be comfortable thinking big, starting small, and failing fast.

**What we look for in designers**

Our designers cover a lot of ground. They:

- want to understand our customers and are happy to use different research techniques to do it
- get their team involved to make sense of the findings
- design in various levels of fidelity
- seek critique and feedback to help improve themselves and their designs
- collaborate and communicate well with other team members in product management and engineering
- test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often
- consider our customer's full journey from start to finish

**The skills**
- Experience within financial services is advantageous but not crucial
- Research and discovery techniques
- Strategic and Service design
- Product or Digital UX design
- Interaction design
- Information Architecture
- Design validation/usability testing
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to work with appropriate design tools (Figma, Miro, etc)
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within (and across) cross-functional teams
