**About this role**:
As a Whispir Product designer, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional teams responsible for crafting every aspect of our product experience and design process. Your role involves bringing insights from conducting customer research into product discovery, facilitating design discussions, and providing clear direction for design solutions that align with our business objectives. By testing and refining these solutions, you will ensure they are both usable and intuitive for our valued customers.

Joining our Whispir Product Experience Design team, you'll become part of a high-functioning group of product designers well versed in various disciplines, including service design, user research, and product design. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to engage in research operations, tactical and strategic research, service design, design operations, interaction and experience design, design systems, identifying opportunities, pretotyping, prototyping, and testing.

**Key responsibilities**:
You will be working closely with the product manager, development, delivery, and design teams and be directly responsible for the way our users interact with the Whispir brand.

Every team is different, but this is roughly how you should probably expect to spend your time.
- Researching current products on the market (15%)
- Gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders (20%)
- Talking with customers to uncover user needs (20%)
- Building prototypes and testing them with users (30%)
- Design handover and implementation with engineering teams (10%)
- Learning and development to increase your skills (5%)

**About you**:

- **2-4 years of relevant experience** as a product designer
- Experience conducting customer interviews and ability to tap into their interior cognition layer
- Advocates for our customers and be their voice
- Experience contributing and building figma tokens / design systems
- Experience facilitating design workshops
- Practices active listening
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Embrace a growth mindset
- Comfortable with giving and accepting feedback
- Passionate about design thinking
