**Salary: $73,150+ per annum**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our team in Thornbury, VIC. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the business.
**About the Role**
As an Organisation and Methods Analyst, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the organisation. You will work closely with management and stakeholders to analyse systems, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of objectives, strategies and plans to achieve optimal customer experience and resource utilisation.
- Identify business and organisational gaps using continuous improvement and change management methodologies.
- Analyse and evaluate current systems, capabilities, and structures to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable recommendations to resolve organisational issues.
- Prepare and present proposals to revise processes, alter workflows, and support innovation.
- Assist in implementing approved changes and improvements.
- Coach and mentor teams to build internal capabilities and support sustainable growth.
- Prepare accurate quotes, process purchase orders, and tailor solutions to individual client needs.
- Foster strong client relationships to grow the customer base, retain loyal clients, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain strong, productive working relationships.
- Schedule and dispatch domestic and interstate deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes to ensure positive resolution and long-term retention.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software is required.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving continuous improvement.
Pay: From $73,150.00 per year
