**THE ROLE**

Our clients are currently seeking several experienced Project/Technical Data Administrators to Office Managers for an immediate start.

They will be fast-paced, dynamic roles, where you will be a key support for the Business Management and overall Operations teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating team meetings; preparing documentation including briefing packs, presentations, reports, project correspondence and acting on items noted in meeting's minutes
- Manage business calendar of events across the broad scope of individual projects, coordinating both people and project movements, as well as deadlines and milestone activities
- Address accounting and data related tasking; reports, data management, invoices and payments
- Provide high level, confidential and professional administrative support; ensuring all personnel work within company policies, including Raytheon and Commonwealth security requirements
- Ensuring documentation, files and records meet requirements for internal and external auditing

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally at least 4 years of sound office administration experience in a multiple stakeholder environment
- Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communications skills
- A strong customer service orientation, coupled with skills that enhance team effectiveness and build team cohesion
- Proven ability to solve problems that may require some analysis to understand and resolve
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage expectations, meet targets and work independently
- Process orientated and strong attention to detail
