As part of our continued growth and development, we're looking to add two Manual Test Analysts to our team - one focused on API testing and one on Mobile testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with product managers to understand feature requirements
- Cross browser and device testing
- Building automated tests
- Troubleshooting bug reports from customers with the HT support team
- Providing feedback to developers and product managersWorking side by side with developers to produce high quality results and other duties as required

- Experience working in an agile product development team
- Experience with standard agile software development processes
- Experience with JIRA/BrowserStack and CI/CD tools
- Collaborative with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly desirable: _
- Experience/Skills in using MSSQL/Postgres DB
- Experience working within an evergreen, high-throughput product team that is shipping features daily
- Experience working in a software-based business-to-business setting
