Your Role:

As a Manual Functional Test Engineer, you will:

• Execute manual and functional testing across multiple platforms and domains (including Banking & Financial Services)
• Contribute to test planning, strategy, and execution, ensuring high-quality system enhancements and releases
• Perform API testing (Postman) and support mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms
• Define and build regression test cases, test reports, and QA documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and customer teams to understand requirements and deliver on expectations
• Assist in UAT coordination, test automation support (Selenium desirable), and housekeeping in JIRA/Confluence
• Encourage best engineering practices, mentor others, and introduce innovative approaches and tools

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Manual & Functional Testing
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman) and mobile testing
• Experience writing test strategies, test cases, and test plans
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bonus: Experience with test automation (Selenium)
