**THE OPPORTUNITY...**

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to join our talented, enthusiastic, and dynamic PX Team. You will play a key part in delivering some #AMAZING strategies and projects as well as having some fun along the way.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...**

**PX Operations and strategic business partnering**:

- Provide general advice and guidance to teams on all aspects of the PX function along with finding contemporary PX solutions and recommendations in relation to issues that arise
- Analyse trends and data available, in partnership with the Head of PX, to drive actionable insights
- Provide PX advice on the interpretation of policies and procedures, employment legislation, and recruitment, providing risk analysis to support this
- Take a coaching approach and provide information to facilitate effective, consistent, empowering people management - expecting and enabling leaders to assume increasing responsibility for all aspects of people management
- Execute and implement learning strategies

**Health & Wellbeing**:

- Support implementation of the WH&S framework and ensure a 'front foot' approach by identifying and proposing best practices
- Provide coaching to Team Leaders on best practice health and wellbeing processes and actions
- Have a strong understanding of psychosocial hazards in the workplace and how these can be best managed
- Manage and liaise with Team Leaders on WorkCover claims and RTW management
- Manage and liaise with Team Leaders on non-work related injuries and RTW management
- Oversee any external legislative training as required
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk action plans where required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience working in a similar role with a dynamic, super-fast paced and changeable environment
- A solid understanding of WH&S along with a real passion to work in this area
- Commercial and practical approach to people practices
- Collaborative and strong relationship builder
- Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources or related areas are highly desirable
- Highly organised, with the ability to effectively manage and execute multiple challenges simultaneously
