Principal Product Marketing Manager Ecosystem Location: Surry Hills, New South Wales, Ideagen Salary: To be discussed at the next stage of the process.

The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our solutions, ensuring the successful launch and ongoing support of high-quality products, monitoring key metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Support the development and maintenance of the product vision aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
Product Roadmap Execution: Manage and prioritize the product roadmap for timely feature delivery.
Collaboration: Work with technical teams to translate vision into actionable tasks.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights and ensure product satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with design teams to develop and test prototypes, gather client feedback.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of product management experience in SaaS.
Strong understanding of product domain, market landscape, and customer needs.
Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with software development processes, Jira, and Aha
