Principal Product Manager

Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid preferred)

Type: Full-time | Permanent

Level: Senior individual contributor - $180k-200k base plus super plus equity

About The Role

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to help lead the next chapter of a high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS company operating in the asset, infrastructure, and property tech space.

You'll own the product strategy and delivery for a new platform that aims to transform how physical assets are assessed, maintained, and managed - blending AI, real-time data, and workflow automation to build a true system of work.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company with strong traction and market fit but still early enough to leave your mark on product, team, and direction.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive product strategy for a new platform focused on workflow orchestration, operational insights, and asset lifecycle intelligence.
• Translate complex customer needs into clear product decisions, roadmap, and delivery plans.
• Work cross-functionally with a distributed engineering team, the founder, and early customers to define, build, and iterate on features.
• Lead customer discovery and validation - spending time in the field to deeply understand workflows and pain points.
• Balance vision with execution - delivering value incrementally while keeping the long-term platform in view.
• Define and track key product metrics and outcomes, using data to inform priorities.
• Set up processes for better product–engineering collaboration, discovery, and handoff.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience in B2B product roles, ideally at venture-backed SaaS companies working on complex workflow tools or enterprise software.
• A track record of taking a product from early stages to market success, with strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
• High technical fluency - you're confident collaborating with engineers and understanding data architecture or platform constraints.
• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Comfortable operating with high agency and high conviction - you lead with evidence, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do.
• Bonus points for experience in domains like proptech, construction tech, facilities, or infrastructure.
