**The Company**:
This leading national provider of Facilities Services wishes to drive their existing growth. Having already gained market dominance in a number of core sectors they wish to diversify their existing offering and client-base.

**The Role**:

- Conduct analysis of estimates and communicate risks and mitigation strategies to ensure transparency for the sales and operations teams
- Deliver commercial pricing solutions for facilities management and technical maintenance services
- Support subcontractor engagement process and corporate governance
- Complete pricing models for client submission documents (bids)
- Bids analysis
- Cost modelling
- Secure fixed cost market pricing
- Reporting on forecasting, expenses and financial deliverables

**Criteria**:

- Ideally tertiary qualified with a Commercial degree, Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or Sales & Marketing
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience in bids analysis, accounting or finance analysis
- Highly computer literate
- Understanding of commercial costing, labour and material estimates, commercial terms and delivery strategies
- Ideally experienced in building services and maintenance environments
- Good problem solving skills
