On offer is a Brand Manager position to work with both our well-known and newly established Health & Wellness brands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Wellness Brand and Product Strategy development
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and execute commercial plans, as well as work cross-functionally alongside Marketing, Content, Data Centre, Supply Chain, Logistic, Business Development, Sales, and Finance
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity (having a great sense of data would be highly preferred)
- Being involved in NPD & brand building projects, strategy projects, monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures, and competitive reviews), and managing budgets. Support with the development of brand strategy & activation plans
- Assist with the development of communication strategies and campaign optimization; generate post-analysis reports
- Management and championing of brand assets including copywriting, content generation, digital and social media marketing

**Key Requirements**
- 3-7 years of corporate or agency working experience in brand management, account management, and marketing-related fields
- A Doer rather than a Talker
- Having experience in FMCG, nutrition, and pharmaceutical roles will be advantageous.
- Goal-oriented, Self-driven and learn from mistakes
- A great sense of business acumen and a good understanding of aesthetics, copywriting and content generation
- Comfortable with working under KPI metric; stay sharp while you're under pressure
- Great communication skills in both English and Chinese are preferred
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or other related areas
