**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Servicing corporate, governmental, and non-governmental clients globally, International SOS, a pioneer & leader in International Health & Security Risk provides tailored support through our 27 Assistance Centres worldwide.

As a Warehouse Manager & Supply Officer, you will oversee the receiving, warehousing and distribution of medical equipment, supplies and consumables in Canberra for our remote sites. Assist with supply chain procedures and maximise customer satisfaction by delivering of the right product, on time and in accordance with our quality standards

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as determined by the Manager /or Supervisor or Operations Director as requested.
- Liaise with our remote clinics to collect needs and fulfil them
- Manage setup, layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements, including temperature controlled and cold chain consignments
- Manage inventory, stock rotations and reconcile with a stock control system

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:

- Supply chain and/or logistics competencies with warehousing experience
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Excellent problem solving, communication and influencing skills
- Focus on meeting client needs and driving efficiencies to deliver better outcomes
- Cooperative team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Developed analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 12 months professional experience in the Healthcare Supply industry whether it be a supplier of medical supplies or working in a Health Facility Supply Chain function
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications preferred
- Live in Canberra Australia and have full working rights
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Secondary education mandatory
