Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading by example and supporting a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer service and food quality.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
  • Answer questions on menu selections.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability.
  • Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; and serve as a role model.
  • Support team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Listen to hourly employees' suggestions for improving how work is done and how guests are served.
  • Collaborate with management to formally recognize hourly employees' performance contributions.
  • Proven ability and experience in motivating, mentoring, and managing a small team.
  • Specialized knowledge of beverage and beverage procedures, as well as methods used in the management of an F&B outlet, and the production and control thereof.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and coach employees.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles.
