- Sound knowledge of IT service management concepts
- Extensive experience managing and leading high-performance, professional support teams - encouraging innovation, continuing to lead the team to be accountable, empathetic and to work as One Team
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret, prepare and present highly complex analyses and reports.
- Demonstrated strategic partnerships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing change with strong communication and leadership.
- Extensive experience successfully managing cloud-based platform services; SaaS (Software as a Service), IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) in conjunction with internal service partners and external suppliers.) in conjunction with internal service partners and external suppliers.
