Job Title: Order Processing Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Everything Uniform, 53 Lord St, Gladstone Hours: Part-time, 27.5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM start About the Role We are a busy retail uniform and embroidery store seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing Assistant to join our team.
This part-time position plays a key role in processing and dispatching customer orders efficiently and accurately.
If you enjoy working with systems, staying organised, and being part of a supportive retail environment this could be the role for you
Key Responsibilities Process customer orders through our online ordering platform Create job cards for embroidery and uniform customisation Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care Perform data entry and other computer-based tasks (extensive computer use required) Provide minimal in-store customer assistance when required Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth order fulfilment and dispatch What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and confidence working with online systems Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to follow procedures and work independently Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude Retail or warehousing experience (preferred but not essential) Willingness to assist in various parts of the business as needed Role Details Part-time : 27.5 hours per week (Possibility of leading into Full Time) Start time : 8:00 AM sharp Friendly, supportive team and a well-established local business On-the-job training provided If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and enjoy working behind the scenes to help deliver quality products to our customers, we d love to hear from you
