Key Responsibilities:

- Rock the day-to-day operations with expertise and flair
- Build and lead a stellar team
- Ensure our service and products are always on point
- Deliver a seamless and high-energy service, particularly during night trade and events
- Elevate the hosting experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued
- Smash those KPIs and keep the financials in check
- Lead regular meetings to keep everyone on the same page
- Embrace the weekend vibes because that's when the magic happens

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in hospitality, restaurant or bistro preferred
- Extensive experience in service and hosting, (bonus point in evening trade and event settings)
- A passion and experience with exceptional customer service, wine, and top-notch produce
- A knack for building genuine connections and fostering a positive team spirit
- Driven, proactive, and always striving for excellence
- Track record of hitting financial targets and exceeding expectations
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Master of front-of-house operations
- RSA? Absolutely

Bonus Points (not mandatory):

- Music aficionado with a love for vinyl
- Experience with Lightspeed and Deputy
- Excel/Google Sheets ninja
- Familiarity with different aspects of the hospitality industry
- Be the driving force in transitioning into evening/night trade
