You will oversee the success of our global IT support hubs, delivering exceptional technology experiences for distribution centres, retail stores, and internal teams.
This position plays a vital role in advancing our digital strategy, reviewing, challenging, and developing technology initiatives that align with our future goals and strengthen technical governance and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute technology and security strategies, aligning investment to evolving needs.
Lead and implement business systems strategies across multiple functional departments.
Demonstrate strong business acumen with experience across technical infrastructure, cyber security, end-user services, and change governance.
Promote a culture centred in belonging, fostering inclusive workplaces where each individual can show up as their whole self.

Skill Requirements:
Demonstrated success in senior technology leadership roles delivering IT and cyber security services within large-scale, fast-paced global environments.
Proven ability to develop and execute technology and security roadmaps, leveraging expertise across technical infrastructure, cyber security, and end-user services.
Established leadership skills, building, developing, and supporting high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication skills, engaging, influencing, and building trusted relationships with senior leaders.
