About the Role

Seeking exceptional leaders who can drive technology operations, service delivery, risk management and cyber security across global stores, distribution centres, offices and systems worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of technology platforms that empower business functions across global operations. Manage cyber security posture and response to proactively defend against risks and threats throughout the technology landscape. Oversee the success of global IT support hubs, delivering seamless technology experiences for distribution centres, retail stores and internal teams.

Looking Ahead

Develop strategic technology roadmaps that support future goals and strengthen technical governance and change management. Maintain technological momentum as the company continues to grow and expand.

What We Need

A senior technology leader with proven success in delivering IT and cyber security services within large-scale, fast-paced global retail environments. Strong business acumen and experience across technical infrastructure, cyber security, end-user services and change governance are essential.
