**Job Role Overview:**

The IT Manager will lead a global team responsible for resolving technology issues affecting stores, distribution centers, and the user community. The successful candidate will have experience in managing technical teams and strong analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Applying ITIL best practices to identify trends and manage incidents.
  • Ensuring structured change processes are executed across the IT landscape.
  • Improving services using clear metrics to measure opportunities for enhancement.
  • Owning the lifecycle of end-user technology from onboarding to optimal experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL qualifications are advantageous).
  • Experience in leading and managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring trends, reporting issues, and addressing problems proactively.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
