Support around further training, licensing and accreditationsIn addition to further training, a structured leadership development plan for those wishing to progress their career to the next stage.RoleWhat this role involves:Assisting with food preparationCustomer service - serving our residents meals and snacksRe-stocking as required, and after meal periodsDishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areasMaintaining food hygiene and safety practicesPrepare and present texture modified foodsDesired Skills And ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer serviceAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamPride in personal appearance & hygienePrevious experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)Who We AreCater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).
