Who We're Seeking
We need a committed and energetic all-rounder who can bring their A-game in managing and growing a diverse book of clients. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and proven business acumen across various industries and business sizes will be the key to your success in this role.
Your Contributions
As a valued team member you will play a pivotal role in:
processing payroll, superannuation and EOFY requirements,
preparing management reports and budgets,
lodging BAS and PAYG statements,
developing client relationships,
liaising with external accountants and stakeholders,
engaging in business development, and
becoming a trusted advisor to our clients through meaningful interactions.
What You Need
We believe in a qualified and skilled team. To excel in this position, you should have formal accounting or bookkeeping qualifications, completed a TPB-approved GST/BAS course, and possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
Xero Advisor & MYOB certifications are essential, as is your experience with software packages like DEXT and Hubdoc. Exceptional IT skills, especially in Excel, are a must, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Your knack for proactively getting things right the first time, problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and dealing with people at all levels will make you the ideal candidate.
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is also required.
