1x Full-time Dental Assistant / Receptionist
Located conveniently on Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick, just a 10-minute walk from Elsternwick train station, with tram stops nearby and public parking options.

The Heart of the Role :
Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
Provide quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
Book and amend appointments, answer phones, update patient records
Handle payments
Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
Manage patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring :
Experience working at a Dental practice required
Passion for customer service and patient care
Organisation skills with attention to detail
Proven punctuality and reliability
Ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
