HR Systems Officer | Government Administration | Rockdale, 5 days in office | 3 months | $38ph + Super

Your new company is a Government Administration body located in Rockdale.

**Your new role**

As a HR Systems Officer, you will provide support to the People and Culture Business Partner's and Talent Acquisition team and assist them with operational matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the employment lifecycle including contracts, letters and onboarding
- Provide assistance with setting up new employees in the relevant HR system
- Enter new employee details and information including superannuation and taxation information and documentation
- Enter superannuation salary sacrifice arrangements, allowances and employee deductions, as well as annual increases to rates of pay in the payroll system
- Respond to employee enquiries

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role assisting with the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
- Experience working with Excel
- Meticulous organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

**What you'll get in return**
