About the role

Reporting to the Regional Manager - NSW, this key leadership role will drive operational excellence across the portfolio of homes with a focus on quality, consistency and leadership development. The role will support Managers to optimise their workforce, improve resident experience and ensure both clinical and non-clinical compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership across a portfolio of aged care homes to drive operational excellence, quality, consistency and leadership development.
  • Support Managers to optimise workforce planning and rostering, and continuously improve resident experience.
  • Ensure compliance (clinical and non-clinical) and promote a culture of safety and quality across sites.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and drive improvements and change in a complex environment.
  • Engage stakeholders with effective communication and drive best practice across the portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Experience in senior leadership roles in aged care.
  • A track record of leading diverse teams and driving change in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with outstanding service delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with capability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and driving compliance.
  • Knowledge of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulations.
