Due to recent project awards, MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our busy team here in West Perth for an office-based role.Secure your future with a leading EPC/EPCM servicing the resources sector.MACA Interquip Mintrex is a division of MACA Ltd and is a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering small to large scale EPC and EPCM projects for the resources sector, specializing in the design and construction of mineral processing facilities for clients across Australia.We strive to be the best by investing in our people, understanding our clients' needs, and having a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
Our social responsibility is what drives us, and we make an impact through contributions and support we give our communities.Responsibilities include:Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee mobilisation, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.Follow client site access processes to ensure candidates are smoothly and efficiently mobilised to project.Book required site-specific or role-specific training for new starters.Coordinate ad hoc travel requirements for corporate personnel as required.Review and administer the collection of all incoming recruitment documentation and cross-check for compliance.To be successful in this role, you will possess:Proven experience in a site mobilisation role managing multiple client requirements simultaneously.Construction / Mining industry experience in a similar role.Exposure to various software packages such as Pronto, INX, ERMS.Good organisational and planning skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail.What we will offer you:Growth Organisation.Salary Sacrificing Options.Health Insurance Benefits – Knock 10% Off Premium with BUPA, HBF or HCF.Access to a number of Salary Sacrificing Benefits – airport parking, novated lease, etc.Ongoing Training and Development.
