Responsibilities
You'll actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create memorable moments
You'll be an advocate for BWS loyalty programs by communicating benefits and product offerings
You'll ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have good choices
You'll maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
You'll uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines
You'll be yourself and bring your unique energy to the role
About You
Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an engaging experience
Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge
Own your career and dream big about your future
Active lifestyle and willingness to stay engaged
Desire to make a positive imprint in any role you grow into
