This role focuses on delivering valuable, tailored services to Defence personnel, including both Australian Public Service and ADF members.
The Defence Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth, development and management of strategic relationships with our key employers, primarily the ADF, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and the unique needs of Defence personnel.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key Defence contacts across AustraliaCollaborate with internal teams to support CSC's strategic goalsConduct research to develop effective account plans and tailored solutionsDeliver support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations and value propositionProvide engaging education programs to grow and retain Defence membershipOffer expert advice on superannuation and stay up to date with legislative changesIdentify and resolve operational issues through innovative, continuous improvement strategiesDevelop and implement innovative strategies to identify, mitigate, and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvementWhat we're looking forAustralian Citizenship with the ability to hold and maintain a Baseline ClearanceRG146 qualification or ability to obtainExperience in either superannuation, financial or government servicesStrong understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwideAbility to build senior-level relationships and develop mutually beneficial client solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and result-driven skillsProven ability to drive results and influence others through effective communication, negotiation and persuasionAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureGreat interpersonal skills and professional presentationCollaborative team player who can also work independentlyFlexible and hybrid work arrangementsA forward-thinking, innovative team environment with ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesThe autonomy to shape your role while contributing to a supportive teamA purpose-driven organisation that proudly serves those who serve AustraliaAccess to CSC's structured competency framework for career developmentWhat you'll get in returnA career where you belongAt CSC, we're committed to more than super — we're committed to people.
