We offer a widerange of services including accounting and tax compliance, businessand tax advisory, structuring, superannuation, wealth managementand transactional services.You will be an integral member of our highly functioning teamthat specialises in the property sector.
Led by 3 partnersand supported by a team of 7, you will manage a large portfolio ofkey clients, whilst leading and developing a team.
Key dutiesinclude workflow management, job delegation, and client advisory.This role demands strong client service, and leadership skills,while ensuring productivity goals and budgets are met andescalating issues when appropriate.Key responsibilitiesManage a large portfolio of SW clientsAchieve productivity targets and client budgets; delivervalue-added servicesSupport and lead team members for optimal performanceAllocate staff and resources to meet client and firmcommitmentsIdentify and develop potential business opportunitiesActively participate in BPCA management teamAttend manager meetings and conferencesAdvise Associate Directors and Directors of any necessarymattersEnsure administrative compliancePerform other duties as required, including interviewingstaff, training, committee membership, marketing, and specialprojectsKey skills and experienceMinimum 8 years' experience in Business Services at aChartered / CPA accounting firmPrior experience with property development clientspreferredDegree and CA / CPA qualifiedUp-to-date technical knowledge of taxation law andaccounting developmentsProven networking skills and client relationshipexperienceExcellent time management skills and ability to meetdeadlines for a large group of clientsExperience mentoring and managing junior staffSkilled in handling sensitive client mattersdiplomaticallyProfessional presence with strong interpersonal andcommunication skillsProficient with Xero, MYOB, Reckon, and MicrosoftExcelBest kept secrets of SWProgressive firm, with excellent career opportunitiesFlexible working environment2 additional AL days per year18 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 3 weeksfor non-primaryRefer to client and refer a friend bonus schemeEmployee Assistance Program and Wellness perks1000 towards home office setupSocial ClubTailored Learning and Development ProgramPaid Course / study leave1 paid professional membership per yearWeekly Lunch providedApply todayCreate your own individual story and become a part of ours.
