About Us Spitwater is a proudly Australian, family-owned business established in the early 1980s.
We manufacture and distribute Tough + Ready industrial cleaning equipment and service solutions across Australia and internationally.
Our brands include JETFIRE (space heaters) and VACSTORM (floor cleaners).
We're entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for energetic leaders to help shape our future.
We value excellence, integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.The Role Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, the Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at our Brisbane Sales and Service Centre.
This leadership role is responsible for:Driving operational excellenceFostering a high-performing team cultureDelivering exceptional customer service aligned with Spitwater's brand valuesYou'll be a culture champion, setting a professional example and creating a positive, productive work environment.Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily store operations across showroom, warehouse, and officeManage local assets and ensure compliance with safety and company policiesPromote Spitwater's servicing capabilities and product rangeResolve escalated customer issues with a solutions-first mindsetLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing teamManage rosters and workforce planningApprove timesheets and support HR complianceManage local budgets and reportingMonitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunitiesStore Standards Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standardsOversee stock control and transfersCoordinate building maintenance and repairsWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience in retail or service operationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency in MS Office and relevant IT systemsPreferred Qualifications Experience with technical equipment or service operationsTertiary education in business or management (advantageous)Why Join Spitwater?
