Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Ultrasound imaging service to the patients of St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and St Vincent's Private Radiology.
Perform all Ultrasound examinations to the highest standards of quality and care, demonstrating extensive knowledge of ultrasound imaging.
Demonstrate a wide variety of examination experience and clinical skill in Ultrasound imaging.
Participate within a multidisciplinary team to provide an efficient service optimising patient care and safety, ensuring operational targets are met.
Assist in the daily workflow of the area and ongoing service delivery to ensure clinical and operational efficiency and patient safety.
Qualifications
Registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
Experience and competence in a wide variety of general ultrasound examinations
A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain

About St Vincent's Medical Imaging – Ultrasound Department
St Vincent's Medical Imaging provides diagnostic imaging programs across three campus sites. It includes MID and SVPR, offering a wide range of general and complex examinations (abdominal, musculoskeletal, vascular, obstetrics, breast and procedures).
