About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Qualified Sonographer to join our Canberra team on a part-time basis. This role provides a diverse workload with opportunities for training in specialist areas, ongoing development, and a focus on work-life balance.
Flexible with how your employment is structured; discussions to determine the best fit for you are encouraged. You may not be required to travel to all Canberra clinics.
You Will
First and foremost, provide compassionate patient care, taking responsibility for patient welfare and confidentiality.
Perform ultrasound examinations to produce images of high diagnostic quality.
Assist the Radiologist with interventional procedures, complex scanning techniques and special ultrasound procedures.
Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques/advances.
Engage in emerging imaging procedures and clinical development of the ultrasound department with new services and equipment.
About You
You are a qualified Sonographer with experience in General, Obs/Gynae, MSK and/or Vascular examinations, and hold current ASAR registration.
