Financial Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day settlements, ensuring timely and accurate completion. You will work closely with the team to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee settlements for OTC, derivatives, and structured products.
Act as an escalation point for complex settlement issues.
Support and mentor settlement analysts to lift capability.
Reconcile trades, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Work with counterparties and internal teams to resolve issues.
This role requires solid knowledge of settlement processes, reconciliations, and risk controls. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in settlements or a related field.
Occasionally, you may need to flex your hours to help cover leave or busy periods — being a team player is key.
