**About the Company and the Role**

For over 35 years, CDK Stone has been an industry leader in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of industrial CNC stone processing machinery. Our reputation is not only due to the high-end machinery and quality service we provide, but also our ability to train, support and develop people from outside the industry. Now, we are on the lookout for our next Industrial Technician to jump on board and add value by:

- Developing skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands, including; GMM, Burkhardt and Thibaut to name a few
- Performing regular routine maintenance checks throughout in the Greater Melbourne area.
- Executing the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users
- Conducting root cause analysis, fault-finding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
- Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons

**About You**
- As an Electrician, you have probably one your fare share of rough ins, fit offs, and other electrical work. However, you have been looking to work with machinery that is a bit more interesting and complex.
- Having a strong methodical fault-finding approach is something you view as one of your greatest skills. At the moment this involves, locating and repairing electrical issues, but you wouldn't mind transferring these skills to work on electro-mechanical faults too.
