Job Title: Service Technicians X2

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Service Technicians, responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to industrial machinery.

This role involves working on a variety of tasks including routine mechanical service, breakdown diagnostics, and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills and experience in the field of mechanical fitting or automotive technology.

  1. Perform routine mechanical services and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of industrial machinery.
  2. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, applying problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical procedures.
  3. Cover a designated geographical territory in North West Melbourne, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely completion of work orders.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Mechanical qualifications, with Automotive and Mechanical Fitting qualifications highly regarded.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Previous field service experience advantageous but not essential.
  • A current Victorian driver's licence and full working rights.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
