We currently have the need for a Full Time Job Coach based at our Shepparton site.

- Engage in meaningful conversations to define job aspirations and tackle employment obstacles head-on.

- Foster strong partnerships with employers to match the right talent with the right opportunities.
- Provide crucial support to both employers and employees during the critical early stages of employment.

In addition to these rewarding responsibilities, you'll handle essential administrative tasks and compliance requirements which we must meet under our government frameworks using online and in-house systems.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
No prior experience in employment services? No problem We provide comprehensive training. What we do require is your enthusiasm, positive energy, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As a valued team member, you'll adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and bring solid administrative and time management skills to the table. A valid Working with Children and National Police Check are required.
