Sales Team Lead

As a key member of the retail team, you will provide essential support to senior leadership and play a vital role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be able to coach and support others, providing feedback and guidance to help the team achieve its goals. You should be approachable and confident when interacting with customers, have an eagerness to learn about new products, and be willing to assist with customers across a wide range of retail hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support the team in delivering friendly and helpful advice.
- Coach the team on best practices and service behaviors.
- Assist with training and development of the team.
- Ensure merchandising standards meet business requirements.
- Coordinate stock and inventory levels.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and supporting others, and has excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a willingness to learn, and be able to adapt to changing situations.
