Role:Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader
Location:Gateshead, NSW 2290

Employment Type:Full time, Permanent
Pay:$43.55 - $66.08 per hour + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super
Responsibilities
Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children
Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
Diversify your daily routine by supporting the team across different rooms
Lead a team of 20+ Early Childhood Professionals in the centre
Enjoy working in a rotating roster during the centre's operational hours from 7am to 6pm

You'll Need
Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Teacher Accreditation (NESA)
Current NSW Working with Children Check
