This award winning and highly recognised organisation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive the strategic elements of its TA function.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a small team and get hands-on partnering with senior stakeholders to acquire senior talent across the business that is critical to their success. This role will also oversee and support its team to identify and source the best talent across the wider business through targeted and innovative recruitment strategies.

**About you**:
You will be able to demonstrate your experience or ingenuity in creating new ways to recruit and engage with your talent pool, designing selection methodologies, working with and up-skilling Managers with interview techniques, and managing and analysing talent data to inform and improve recruitment practices.

You will need to be a lateral, strategic thinker with the ability to map and engage with your market.

You will have strong experience engaging with and using HRIS and ATS systems, strong compliance knowledge, and be able to demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement capability and experience.

You will have experience leading, motivating and supporting a team in a Talent Acquisition role.
