ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the team on a day-to-day basis. The person for this job is someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, a confident task switcher, the ability to work autonomously and someone that will thrive in a fast paced environment.

The Sales Coordinator will play a fundamental role in the general operations of the business, however the primary focus for the Sales Coordinator will be Sales, Customer Service, Administration and general business support.

The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for the planning side of the business as well as preparing for upcoming events that are held throughout the year.

During session times, handling new business enquiries, managing attendance, and ensuring that existing members are catered for, as well as creating social media content is of importance as well.

DUTIES
- Following up on inbound/outbound enquiries and walk ins throughout the day
- Booking prospective members in for trial classes
- Confirming trial classes
- Client consult / introduction / sales pitch / conversion
- Hitting KPI's
- Meet and greet every member that enters the centre in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering phones
- Keep reception tidy
- Monitor class attendance
- Data entry
- Assist with accounts and memberships
- General Gym upkeep, keeping all areas clean as required
- Merchandise/food/drink replenish and stocktake
- Supporting the business owner for events, several times per year.
- Taking payments

ABOUT YOU

You will be a confident, energetic and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn't mind a challenge No two days will be the same in this role, as such you will love the variety that this role brings coupled with your ability to prioritise tasks will hold you in good stead.

You will also possess experience working in an administration / sales processing role or similar environment
