Join one of Australia's leading healthcare organisations as they embark on a high profile digital transformation program. We currently have an opportunity for two accomplished change managers with previous experience in delivering infrastructure and/or organisational change projects within the healthcare sector.

We are seeking a self-motivated leader who brings a background in successfully leading and influencing diverse teams in large, complex environments combined with a strategic, 'big picture' approach.

**To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in supporting large-scale IT and organisational change projects. Healthcare experience is highly desirable
- Experience in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective change management strategy, plans, impact/readiness assessments and overall governance
- Experience in influencing and leading large teams through significant change in the development and optimisation of digital healthcare systems
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and leaders
- Strong documentation skills including the development of change management tools and frameworks
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate change management
- Strong track record in managing and mitigating project risks, ensuring project deadlines are met
