**Your next role**:
Our desire to continue to innovate and add value to our customers has led us to create a series of dedicated regional coaching roles. A newly created role in WA/SA for a Regional Manager, Customer Experience Coaching is now available, reporting to our Head of Coaching. The role will lead and develop a field team of customer experience coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide consistent and outstanding service to our customer service teams.
