Job DescriptionThe TeamOur Power Systems Project "HUB" delivers energy solutions across segments including healthcare, education, infrastructure, data centres, and mining.
The HUB team oversees full lifecycle projects, from small-scale microgrids to large renewable energy integrations, partnering closely with customers at every stage, from post-sale customization to pre-delivery commissioning and handover.The Role This position is based in Sydney, working with a multi-skilled, state-based team, and part of a larger projects team across Australia and New Zealand.
The purpose of a HUB Project Manager is to plan, execute, and deliver key projects through close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.What Will You Do?
Define project scope, schedule, and budget through planning.Support internal stakeholders including supply chain, engineering, and safety teams.Monitor project progress, scope changes, and handle escalations.Measure project performance and ensure delivery.Create and maintain project documentation.Manage risks and conduct commercial diligence.Visit sites and meet with customers.Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors.Model SE Company values: Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork.About YouExperience managing projects in related industries.Strong communication skills, including listening and self-awareness.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Customer-centric mindset with relationship-building skills.Ability to work flexibly across office, site, and remote environments.Studies or experience in Electro-Intensive fields are a plus but not essential.Current and unrestricted driver's license.If interested, APPLY Now.More about Careers at Schneider Electric HERE.
